The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. rworld99 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between deposit and conversion.
rworld99 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP-tier benefits. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions.
Unless a Bonus is explicitly labelled as "no wagering", all Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. For example, a Bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement requires the Player to wager the Bonus amount thirty (30) times before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Eligible Players receive a birthday bonus credited to their Account on or around their registered birthday date, subject to VIP tier standing. Bonus amounts are: Bronze tier — MYR 188; Silver tier — MYR 388; Gold tier — MYR 888; Diamond VIP tier — MYR 2,688. The birthday bonus is subject to standard Wagering Requirements as specified in the promotion terms.
Players may participate in the rworld99 Referral Programme by sharing their unique referral code. A reward of MYR 38 is credited to the referring Player's Account upon each successful referral — defined as the referred individual successfully registering an Account, completing KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit. Both parties must be distinct individuals and may not refer themselves through secondary accounts. There is no cap on the total number of successful referrals a Player may make.
All games and betting markets offered on the rworld99 Platform are governed by individual Game Rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and individual Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or betting market.
Sports betting markets — including football leagues such as the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC events — are subject to specific market rules, settlement procedures, and in-play betting restrictions as displayed at the time of bet placement. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the Player after acceptance, except where permitted by specific market rules (such as cash-out functionality, where available).
Live dealer games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo are subject to the rules of the respective game as communicated by the dealer and displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical disruption during a live dealer game, hands or rounds in progress may be voided and stakes returned at rworld99's discretion.
In the event of a manifest error — including software malfunction, data feed failure, or human error that results in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed or applied — rworld99 reserves the right to void affected bets, correct obvious errors, and take any other appropriate action. rworld99 does not accept liability for any loss arising from a technical error beyond the original stake placed on the affected transaction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rworld99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Balance without refund:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. rworld99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account and use of the Platform, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rworld99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, that the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity, or that Account suspension is required for the protection of rworld99 or other Players.
rworld99 may permanently terminate a Player's Account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; (b) the Player has been found to be under 21 years of age; (c) the Player has provided false identification or address documentation; (d) the Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as set out in Section 8; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to rworld99.
Upon termination for cause, rworld99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including any pending Bonus credits and uninitiated withdrawal requests. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method on file.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact the rworld99 support team. Any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
rworld99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will be revised upon any amendment.
